How to Use: For most effective relief, use in combination with Lower Respiratory. First night, rub diluted Upper Respiratory on chest and diluted Lower Respiratory on feet. Second night, alternate. Diffuse by adding 3-4 drops in GreenAir Scent Pod.
Primary benefits: While Upper Respiratory is not as powerful as Lower Respiratory against viral infections, the properties of the oils in this blend make it extremely effective against allergies, respiratory congestion, flu, cold sores, bone spurs, and mucus.
Myrtle: is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiparasitic, antiseptic, astringent, expectorant, decongestant and deodorizer. Uses for myrtle are: Bronchitis, coughs, flu, hypothyroidism, insomnia, ovaries, prostate decongestant, sinus infection, tuberculosis, ureter infections.
Pine: is antibacterial, antimicrobial, antineuralgic, antiseptic, antiviral, expectorant, and stimulant.
