Deep Tissue oil is a powerful blend of essential oils that are highly regarded for their anti-inflammatory properties. Our formulation is done in such a ways as to provide almost immediate relief of: Arthritis, Muscle Cramps, wound care, aching back, sore muscles, joints and ligaments, stressed nerves, tension headaches, sprains, bumps and bruises.
Wintergreen: contains 99% methyl salicylate, which gives it cortisone-like properties. It may be beneficial for arthritis, rheumatism, tendinitis, and any other discomfort that is related to the inflammation of bones, muscles, and joints.
Peppermint: is anti-inflammatory to the nerves and helps reduce inflammation in damaged tissue. It is soothing, cooling, and dilating to the system. It enhances the effects of other oils in a blend and helps the entire blend to quickly penetrate the tissues of the body.
Menthol Crystals: Menthol is the solid form of oil of mint, giving it the characteristic odor. Menthol is obtained by subjecting distilled oil to a temperature of -22 degrees C. The oil crystallizes and small menthol shards are created. Menthol crystals are cooling, refreshing and have a delightful minty aroma but must be used sparingly.
St. John’s Wart: aids in the healing of wounds, stings and mild skin irritations, treats mild to moderate depression, mood stabilizer, improved stress tolerance, improved sleep patterns in older people, seasonal mood disorder, treatment of first degree wounds, anxiolytic, PMS symptoms.
Calendula flowers: Calendula is known for it’s anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, astringent, antifungal, antiviral and immunostimulant properties. Disinfects and treats minor wounds, cuts, and scrapes, for conjunctivitis, chapped or chafed skin, diaper rashes, bee stings and other minor skin irritations, can be used to treat acne, yeast infections, and athlete’s foot.
Arnica: Muscle aches, spasms, pulled muscles, and rheumatic pain, sprains, bruises and fractures due to fractures, acne, hair loss
Ginger root: Is an antiseptic, laxative, stimulant, tonic and warming. Used for angina, diarrhea, gas/flatulence, indigestion, morning sickness, motion sickness, nausea, rheumatic fever, scurvy, teething pain, tonsillitis, vertigo, vomiting.
Cayenne: Used as a catalyst in almost every herbal combination and thus aids the absorption and the effectiveness of the combination. It increases the body’s ability to produce HCL which increases the body’s ability to digest anything that’s in the stomach. Because of this fact, Capsicum is used as the “carrier or catalyst” herb for almost any herb combination.
